How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
How long does delivery take?
After shipment, please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Customs, carrier conditions, remote destinations and public holidays may occasionally extend the delivery period.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Tracking information is normally sent by email after your order has been shipped. Tracking may require several days to begin showing movement.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us immediately after ordering. We may be able to update the address before processing starts, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment has begun.
How do I choose the correct size?
Compare your bust, waist and hip measurements with our Size Guide. When you are between sizes, the larger size is usually recommended for a more comfortable fit.
What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation may be possible before processing or fulfillment starts. Contact support immediately because cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered preparation or shipment.
